This refund policy explains when Reyone Digital issues refunds for SEO, link building, and digital marketing services, along with cases where refunds do not apply.
At Reyone Digital, we take pride in delivering professional SEO, link-building, and digital marketing services designed to help your website grow organically. We value transparency, accountability, and client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of SEO and third-party link placements, we have specific refund conditions outlined below.
1. General Policy
All payments made for SEO services, link building, guest posts, GMB verification, or other digital marketing packages are considered final once the order has been processed and work has begun.
However, we may issue a refund or replacement under the following specific circumstances:
- The delivered service does not meet the quality or specifications outlined in your order confirmation.
- The link placement is lost or removed within the guaranteed replacement period (typically up to 36 months), and a replacement cannot be provided.
- A duplicate or accidental payment has been made due to a system or billing error.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- The client expected specific ranking results or traffic increases (SEO outcomes cannot be guaranteed).
- The client changes their mind after work has started or after the order is delivered.
- Delays caused by factors outside our control (algorithm updates, hosting downtime, technical SEO issues, etc.).
- The client provides incorrect URLs, anchor text, or campaign details during order submission.
- The client violates our terms or engages in manipulative SEO practices affecting campaign results.
3. Link Replacement Policy
If a backlink placed by Reyone Digital becomes inactive or deleted within the guaranteed timeframe, we will replace it free of charge with a link of equal or better quality.
In rare cases where a replacement is not possible, a partial or full refund may be offered at our discretion.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before the campaign setup or outreach process begins. Once our team has initiated the work or content has been written/submitted, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you believe there has been an error or quality issue, please contact us at digitalseozone82@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll review your case carefully and resolve it within 3–5 business days.
6. Payment Methods
Payments are processed via Bank transfer, WhatsApp order confirmation, etc.]. Any refund, if approved, will be returned through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Reyone Digital reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
